BACKGROUND

My work history began when I was thirteen years old. I worked for a farmer in the summers where I gained mechanical and engineering experience through operating, maintaining, and repairing the combines and tractors that we used. This began a lifelong love and appreciation for the agricultural industry, its lifestyle and rewards for hard work it affords.

I owned and ran a construction business for six years immediately following high school. I managed and completed projects including remodels, additions, handyman work, furniture crafting, as well as new builds.

I worked for a major natural gas pipeline company for approximately twenty years. This is where I gained my experience, education, expertise and passion for the mechanical, instrumentation, control and electrical aspects of engines, compressors, and other natural gas processing equipment. I had the responsibility of all facets of various electrical and automation upgrade projects. I was intimately involved in scoping, designing, managing and completing automation, control and electrical upgrade projects.

After leaving the gas pipeline company, I have been blessed to integrate my passion for controls and automation with my love of agriculture. As a rancher, I dealt with the difficulties of reliably supplying water to livestock in remote areas. This led to the development of Intelli-Gen, the automatic start/stop, gasoline powered generator system, as well as development of an automated intensive grazing system (currently under construction).
The Intelli-Gen power source has also kept me involved in the gas pipeline industry, with the development of the ALES (Automated Liquid Evacuation System) machine.

Life has afforded me a plethora of experience, and I look forward to working with you to find effective, economical and reliable solutions to meet your needs.
